Graduated with Bachelor of Business Management degree from WAIT (now Curtin University) in 1980 and completed Certificate in Real Estate Management in 1984.
Commenced real estate in 1984 and accepted a franchise agency offer from a leading international company LJ Hooker in 1987, soon after selected as a Specialist office for the State of Western Australia specialising in Project Marketing and Investment for the group.
From 2006 to date under the banner of Perthland Property Group.

Personnel and Responsibilities
Company Director will be directly involved in every appointed project developments for Perthland Property Group from the Conception, Feasibility Studies, Financing, Sales/Marketing, Settlement to ensuring the Rental return/management, including:
- Feasibility for the Project - liaison with the Planner and Engineers.
- Arrange Project Finance - meeting and discussion with Accountants and Bankers.
- Promote and Sell the Estate from prior and following Title availability.
- Promote the Estate to Builders, Investors and Owner Occupiers Locally, Interstate and Overseas.
- Negotiate and Prepare contracts with purchaser and make recommendation to Vendor.
- Liaise with Settlement Agents for Titles and Contracts ensuring settlement is achieved smoothly.
